LEARNING TRACKS

Storytelling

The stories we tell about the environmental future will be pivotal to our shaping it in a way that helps us survive and thrive. GLF Bonn’s storytelling track will explore an array of storytelling mediums and practices for constructing narratives, understandings and actions around the environment and climate change.

Finance and Value Chains

Building sustainable value chains, which are both ecologically and socially sound, is thus critical to foster the conditions for resilient landscapes. This learning track will explore practices to boost the sustainability of value chains, and to mobilize green finance to help make this happen.

Measuring Progress

The past decade has witnessed a rapid deepening of the rigour of monitoring and evaluation, which has become the focus of much practical social science. This learning track aims to provide an overview of the essential role of evaluation to the work of the scientists, activists, and practitioners central to creating more sustainable food systems.
