Peter Zens is a farmer on the farm ‘Gertrudenhof’ in Hürth near Cologne, Germany. Additionally, he is the director of the voluntary project group ‘Nutrition and Consumption’ of the Cologne Climate Council. He and his farm is also a member of the initiative ‘Biodiversity in good company’.
