Jieying is the deputy director of the international division at the Agricultural Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She is in charge of international cooperation, and research on poverty reduction and sustainable development. Her research areas include poverty reduction strategies, sustainable food system development, and project monitoring and evaluation.
