Anna works on sustainable tourism issues for a wide range of international agencies, including recently the EU, the World Bank group, the World Trade Organization, UNDP, IUCN and WWF. She is Chair of the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA) Tourism and Protected Areas Specialist Group (TAPAS Group), and sits on the Independent Advisory Panel of Travalyst. Anna was a founding board member of the GSTC, sits on the GSTC Destination Working Group, and is a GSTC trainer.
