Anna Gomes worked for more than 5 years in the Brazilian Biodiversity Fund (Funbio) in the Financial Mechanisms department, which had as main core strategy the development of Financial instruments for biodiversity conservation. As part of it, a huge effort was driven towards some essential steps of strategic planning, stakeholders engagement, governance structure, management and operation procedures and flows.
