Agricultural Engineer and beekeeper, has been working for more than 23 years in rural development programs with rural and indigenous populations of northern Argentina in relation to access to land, territories, water, and means of production based on the need to strengthen organizations and civil society to establish cooperative relations with the States, science, technology, social movements and thus reduce poverty and marginalization. He helped establish the Plataforma Semiáridos América Latina (the Semiarid Platform of Latin America) of the International Land Coalition, a platform of 13 member organisations working in 8 countries. He is also Executive Director of FUNDAPAZ, a 46-year-old NGO working in northern Argentina.
