Dr. Ouedraogo has been leading the National Tree Seed Center in Burkina Faso since 2016 and has worked extensively in the production and distribution of forest tree seed, seed technology, inventories and mapping of tree populations, genetic studies, field experiments, ethno-botanic studies, socio-economic studies, tree improvement and vegetative propagation. He holds a PhD in tree breeding and forest genetic resources conservation from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
