Mónica López Conlon is responsible for projects on mainstreaming, natural capital accounting and ecosystem service valuation at UN Environment. Previously she worked at the Poverty Environment Initiative working directly with the country teams on tools for sustainability and poverty reduction into national development planning. She worked on Environmental and Food Security Framework Contracts and on community based natural resource management in various countries. Mónica López Conlon holds a PhD on community participatory tools and education for sustainability.
