Jordy is leading the tea program and the IDH landscapes programs in Africa and also is part of the Management and Leadership teams of IDH. He has worked for IDH for the past 9 years and has been part of several leading sustainability initiatives in agricultural commodity programs in the tea, flowers, cashews, cocoa, cassava and spices sectors. Jordy holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and has over 12 years of experience working in the field of sustainable production and trade of commodities. Before joining IDH in 2010, he worked for the Ministry of Agriculture of the government of The Netherlands.
