Researcher for sustainable food system. Primarily trained in fishery science, looking at fish from human consumption perspective. Currently a Research Associate at Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), with Sustainable Landscapes and Food Systems research team, doing studies on changing diets in forested and deforested areas of Indonesia, also on fish consumption in mangroves areas. She is also a part-time PhD candidate at University of Copenhagen, International Nutrition and Pediatrics group, doing studies on fish as nutritious food for Cambodian children. Mulia is interested in all things food/nutrition-environment nexus.
