Nelson Godfried Agyemang is CEO of Coalition of Farmers Ghana (COFAG) which is member of World Farmers Organisation (WFO). Nelson is Facilitator of WFO Innovation Working Group which promotes bottom-up, top-down, circular and cyclical farmer-driven, inclusivity and ownership approaches, models and frameworks for the adoption of technology and innovation including financing and investment innovations for enhancing UN Decade for Family Farming (2019-2028) and the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030) and tracking land rights, tenure, fragility and resilience in farm-forestry and the role of agriculture in landscape and ecosystem degradation and restoration. He designed Multi-Actor Inclusive Research and Evaluation Design and Ownership Framework (MIREDOF), which gauges transparent and accountable traceability of authentic farmer-driven and inclusivity in global research systems to enhance real farmer ownership, adoption and utilisation of research, innovation and technology beyond mere tokenism. He is architect of Interface of Farming, Energy, Natural Resources and Climate Initiative (IFENReCI), focusing on comprehensive, integrated, multidisciplinary and Multistakeholder synergistic approaches in Land use, Sustainable landscape interventions, ecosystem restoration management for social, environmental and climate impacts and SDGs. Nelson is also CEO of Africa Interdisciplinary Centre for Climate-Smart Agriculture Adaptation and Resilience (AICCAAR) jointly hosted by Institute of Certified Management Consultants (ICMC) and Pan-African Consulting Consortium and Institute (PACC/I) in Collaboration with COFAG, West Africa Farmers Alliance (WAFA) and Africa Farmers Alliance (AFA) at the Centre for Research Innovation and Consulting (CRIC) of Data Link Institute of Business and Technology. Nelson Team-leads Africa Green Economy Investments (AGEI). He is also the Executive Vice-President (Partnerships and Investments) of Africa Entrepreneurship and Investment Advisors (AEIA) Ltd and Founder and Executive Chairman of Start-Up SME Centres (SSC) Ghana Ltd, which is member of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI) of the Pan-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
