Ana Tejero Aranda is a trained biologist a member of the technical staff of the Oaxaca State Coffee Producers Coordinator (CEPCO). In this capacity, she leads the development of monitoring and evaluation strategies and tools, and has spearheaded an intense innovation process within the organization. As an example, hand in hand with producers, she has helped to start a process of productive diversification that will help to gain both ecologic and economic resilience.
