Micheal Ngugi Kimani is the Team Leader of the OFESA project at RCMRD. He doubles up as the Manager for Geospatial Data and Technologies, where he undertakes in-country hotspot mapping and coordinates the development of the Geoportal, the project’s data sharing platform, spearheading capacity building aspects.
