Marc Willem is a Luxembourgish and Belgian national, he worked for the NATO Support and Procurement Agency as Deputy CIO and then was appointed as manager of NATO’s Procurement Shared Service. In his various positions, Marc created and managed many eBusiness projects. At his early retirement in 2020, he decided to volunteer and support the NGO-D “Graine de Vie Luxembourg” as head of programmes.
