Sabrina Geppert graduated as an Agricultural engineer from the University of Bonn with a specialty in landscape ecology and conservation. She has worked as a technical advisor with GIZ for 10 years in Germany, Honduras, and Costa Rica, in projects related to climate change adaptation, biodiversity and ecosystem services conservation in coastal, rural, and urban areas. Currently, she leads governance processes in the regional program Scaling up Ecosystem Based Adaptation in Rural Areas of Latin America.
