Emily Ongus is a young professional passionate about youth in agriculture and their role and participation. Emily holds an MSc in Sustainable Land Management from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands and a BSc in Agronomy from Egerton University in Kenya. She has predominantly worked in rural advisory services focusing on sustainable agricultural practices. She has over six years of progressive experience in youth for agriculture initiatives. She is excited about the future of the African youth who are constantly innovating for solutions for their landscapes.
