Leo is Founder and CEO of MapHubs (maphubs.com) – a company using satellites, big data, and field intelligence to offer accurate and affordable forest monitoring. Leo has 15+ years of experience in the environment and development sector including stints with Fauna and Flora International, WWF, and several years in field conservation in Vietnam and Indonesia. Prior to founding MapHubs, Leo founded the awarding winning Moabi DRC initiative (rdc.moabi.org) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Implemented by local civil society, Moabi DRC provides a comprehensive and dynamic map of land use in DRC.
