Ana Sarabia is a cocoa producer and President of the Bella Agrarian Cooperative in Tingo María, Peru. She has been trained by the Alianza Cacao Perú as a technological agent and has 5 hectares of cocoa where she manages the crop from planting, fertilisation, harvesting, post-harvesting and the preparation of cocoa derivatives. Her next challenge as President is to obtain organic certification for her partners in order to export what they produce and receive better prices for their cocoa.
