Mr. Trinh holds a BSc degree in Forestry of Vietnam Forestry University and an MSc degree in Carbon Management of the University of Edinburgh.
He has been working for about twenty years in many countries for several national, international organizations and consulting companies including WWF, FFI, GFA, GIZ, RSPN, SNV, ILO, UNDP. He has gained deep knowledge and experience in community based-natural resource management, agroforestry, landscape restoration, sustainable land management, land use planning, land tenure, climate change mitigation and adaptation, forest governance, forest management, biodiversity monitoring, biodiversity conservation, protected area planning and management, and payment for environmental service. He is currently working for International Bamboo and Rattan Organisation (INBAR) as the Programme Coordinator of Global Assessment of Bamboo and Rattan for green development progamme. He is based in INBAR headquarter office in Beijing, P. R. of China.
