Fernanda Rodrigues is a Forestry Engineer and holds a master’s degree in Forestry Economics and Policy from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with a sandwich degree at the University of Freiburg. As a consultant, she has worked on projects in the State of Acre, Brazil, regularization and environmental licensing, and on assistance for forest certification. She worked in the forest certification area at Klabin and as technical coordinator at FSC Brazil. She is a women’s representative at the United Nations Forum on Forests and president of the Women’s Forest Network. Fernanda is the Executive Secretary of the Forest Dialogue and acting executive secretary of the Amazon Forest Forum, she is also part of the Steering Committee of The Forests Dialogue (TFD) and civil society at ITTO.
