Member of the Kamëntšá Biya Indigenous People of Sibundoy, Putumayo, Colombia. Architect, Specialist in Regional Urban Planning Instruments from the National University of Colombia. Consultant for architecture and urban planning projects, land use plans, indigenous life plans and community projects with emphasis on territory, culture and architecture. Since 2010, he has served as delegate of the Ministry of Interior and the National Land Agency for the process of expansion and constitution of the Kamëntšá and Inga Indigenous Reserves of the Sibundoy Valley – Putumayo.
