Jan Peters is managing director of the Michael Succow Foundation, Partner in the Greifswald Mire Centre. In this function, he is involved in various projects on conservation, restoration and sustainable use (paludiculture) of peatlands. He works on German national processes, but also in international cooperation with focus on Europe and is involved in policy analyses on different levels.
