Host an expert session at GLF Africa 2026 to showcase your expertise and connect with global and local champions to address the challenges facing Africa’s rangelands and pastoralists. Your session could engage up to 200 in-person participants in Nairobi, Kenya, and 7,500 more joining online from around the world.

Host an in-person session
Your session will be held in one of the event pavilions at the venue, with a capacity of 100, and recorded for post-event distribution across your organization’s channels.
Our pavilions provide an intimate setting for interaction, discussion and networking with in-person participants.

- Continuous session support from design to delivery: Receive continuous assistance with planning and delivering your hybrid session, including guidance on team roles, scripting, format ideas and day-of-event support to ensure seamless participation from both in-person and online attendees.
- Communications and promotional support: Engage your target audience through the pre-event communications campaign, a dedicated session page, marketing toolkits, free tickets and logo placement. Benefit from promotional tools like individual session cards and event platform notifications.

Host a hybrid session
Your session will be held in the Conference Hall at the venue, with a capacity of 200, and livestreamed to thousands of online participants.
A hybrid session is the ideal setting to share and discuss your organization’s insights and findings with a global audience for maximum reach.

- Technical and logistical assistance: Access full technical support of your hybrid session including pre-conference run-throughs, platform integration, digital session report for post-event analysis and Zoom background advice. Enjoy comprehensive logistical coordination, hybrid setup, translation services and professional photography.
- Hybrid reach: Engage with over 7,500 online participants in addition to the live audience in Nairobi.

- Live coverage of your session: The GLF’s social media ambassadors – a group of 44 volunteer influencers hailing from 29 countries and posting in 12+ languages – will disseminate key messages across their platforms during your session.

Last year’s event, GLF Africa 2025: Innovate, Restore, Prosper, brought together 2,300 participants from 122 countries and featured 67 speakers and 77 global and local partner organizations, reaching over 10 million people via social and traditional media.
