Dr. Helen Ding is Senior Economist for Inclusive Development at the World Resources Institute and Head of Equitable Economics Innovation, based out of WRI Europe. She is a subject matter expert on the economics and finance of forest and landscape restoration, a founding member of FAO’s The Economics of Ecosystem Restoration Initiative (TEER), a multi-partner initiative to collect standardized data about the costs and benefits of ecosystem restoration worldwide, and a senior advisor for the Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU), a global community of change-makers working to accelerate the transformation of food and land use systems.
