Monique Andriamananoro currently works in Madagascar as a German Development Cooperation (GIZ) senior advisor on the topics of policy and strategy for sustainable management of natural resources for the well-being of the local population. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of environment and social development with a focus on forestry. Before starting at GIZ she worked in the ministry of forest and environment for more than 20 years and was General Director of the Forest Department.
