Water is elixir of life for all the creatures on earth and It is a mean issue in Arab countries due to their geographic position.
Lack of water has led throughout history to many political, military and economic conflicts among those countries and this issue is equivalent to the oil problem in Arab region and according to the predictions of United nations the underneath reserve of water in Arab countries will be reduced to 80% with the begining of the year 2025.
