Philip Kisoyan currently works for FAO in Kenya as the Programme Manager for Environment of Natural Resource Management as well as the GEF/FFF and AFR100 focal point. Philip holds an Msc degree in Land Ecology and other professional training. He is a specialist in forest and landscape restoration, community based natural resource management and has been a consultant for a number of natural resources management programmes in East Africa. He is a registered Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) lead expert and a member of Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK) and other professional organizations. Before joining FAO, Philip worked as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resource Management in Egerton University, Njoro Kenya.
