Patricia Bon is a Senior Program Manager at EcoAgriculture Partners, where she leads projects that strengthen local leadership and build capacity for integrated landscape management. She also plays a key role in the global 1000 Landscapes for 1 Billion People initiative. Patricia brings over a decade of experience working across countries and sectors to support collaborative, community-driven solutions. She holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with a focus on Community Development, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. Before joining EcoAg, she managed the DC Master Gardener training program, launched a food access initiative for a state government in Brazil, and led a bilingual community garden planning project in Chicago. Patricia’s career began in the food industry, where she worked for eight years before shifting her focus toward sustainability, equity, and community health. Originally from Brazil, she is currently based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is passionate about social justice, regenerative food systems, and building thriving communities from the ground up.
