ESG venture and impact investor

Pan Pan is a seasoned Venture and Impact Investor, Advisor and Entrepreneur with >15 years of experience. Her expertise are in ESG and impact investing, sustainable/climate finance including blended finance, and venture capital focused on the agritech/agri-food sector. She has an active “portfolio career” – including being the Director, International, EIT Climate-KIC – EU’s the leading PPP in climate innovation where she set up and managed an European agritech accelerator, Venture Partner at seed/early stage global tech fund Loyal VC, and Advisor to UNEP’s Climate Finance Unit and several start-ups. Prior to her current roles, she worked at KPMG, Deutsche Bank, Unilever and the global agribusiness/commodities trading company Bunge in New York, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Pan has a BA (Economics, with honours) from Northwestern University (Kellogg) in the USA, an MBA from INSEAD and is a chartered alternative investment analyst (CAIA). She was a World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow and LGT Venture Philanthropy Impact Fellow. Before her business career, she trained as a professional pianist since the age of 5 and admitted to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music at age 9. Born in Hangzhou, China – Pan holds dual Swiss and US citizenship. She is based in Geneva.
