Oswando Nenquimo (Opi) is a Waorani activist, political spokesperson for Waorani Resistance, human rights and nature defender, co-founder of Alianza Ceibo, an indigenous organization made up of four indigenous peoples, A’i Cofan, Siona, Siekopai and Waorani , working in territorial, culture and life defense in the Amazon in Ecuador, Peru and Colombia. Oswando is currently studying to be the first Waorani lawyer.
