Nic sees and uses food as a tool to solve some of humanity’s biggest problems related to food systems. He is the Co-founder of Organic Life Limited, an agri-technology social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, that empowers small-holder farmers to increase their yield and profit through good agricultural practices. His current focus is reducing food loss and waste in the agri-food systems supply chain, curating knowledge collectively to facilitate conversation and action towards addressing this massive food system issue. He is the author of two books: Organic Life’s Guide to Concoctions and Minimal Eats – A manifesto for the Anthropocene.
