Michael Adu Sasu is Senior Project Officer & Research Expert with a talent for positioning organizations for success within competitive environments. With a decade of experience in project development, implementation and management, MEL, environmental research, and use of various strategies to achieve sustained profitability to elevate stakeholder satisfaction. A team player and leader of several working groups for the past decade. I have exhibited excellent leadership traits in all cycles of my research and professional career and implemented several developmental projects which has changed the lives of several environments and Landscape stakeholders. I completed my undergraduate studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana reading BSc Natural Resources Management. Further, I also graduated with a Maters by Research in Biology from the University of Leeds, UK in 2018 and currently pursuing a PhD in Ecosystem Services and Biodiversity Conservation focusing on the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on above and below-ground biomass carbon and ants composition in Ankasa Conservation Area. My role at Palladium P4F WCA focusses on the implementation of the programme’s public-private partnership strategy in the region, through identifying, assessing, developing, and managing projects and investees on the various portfolios. I am always ready to partner and take up challenging tasks and/or roles to contribute my experience to achieving higher organizational milestones.
