Anthropologist from the Freie Universität Berlin, PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Antioquia. Journalist at Deutsche Welle since 1992. From 2014 to 2022, he was the DW Akademie representative in Colombia. He is currently the Program Director of DW Akademie for Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
