Mr. Marcellin Randriambololona is Director of Regional Development in the Boeny Region in Madagascar. He is in charge of coordinating land-use planning at regional level and supervising the implementation of regional and national policies in the region, with the goal to improve the everyday life of Boeny’s inhabitants.
