Magali Delomier is the deputy executive director of the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA – Québec-Canada). She has worked at the Quebec-based organization for over 15 years, initially as the executive director of the Fédération de la relève agricole du Québec (the province-wide young farmers’ federation) and later as director of union and public affairs for the UPA Confederation. Originally from France, she has worked in Brussels alongside various European institutions as a political advisor with the European Council of Young Farmers, notably in the fields of environment and land-use planning.
Ms. Delomier has training in multiple disciplines (environmental biology, rural planning and development, and rural tourism), including a European master’s degree from the Sorbonne in Paris.
