Luis Abraham Gomero Osorio is an Agricultural Engineer, with Master’s studies specializing in Soil Science at the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) and two postgraduate diplomas in social conflict management (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad Continental). President of the Peruvian Agroecological Consortium (CAP), National Executive Coordinator of the Alternative Agriculture Action Network (RAAA), and Professor of Soil Science, Agroecology, Soil Conservation, and Agricultural Waste Management in the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at the Universidad Científica del Sur (UCSUR). Experienced in the design, formulation, execution, and evaluation of projects in sustainable agriculture, rural development, and the conservation of productive ecosystems. Consultant in the evaluation of sustainable rural development projects, and facilitator of participatory processes for capacity building in agroecology. Author of various publications on agroecology, organic farmer (HECOSAN), and promoter of organic farming. National and international speaker on environmental, agroecological, biodiversity, and productive ecosystem topics.
