Leonardo Letelier

Leonardo Letelier is the CEO and founder of Sitawi Finance for Good, and co-founder and Managing Director of Endowments do Brasil. With over 20 years of experience in business, finance, and social impact, he leads initiatives that connect capital with transformative social and environmental solutions.Under his leadership, Sitawi has mobilized more than USD 100 million for positive impact, improving the lives of 14 million people through innovative financial solutions for the nonprofit sector, impact investing, and strategic philanthropy. Leonardo earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Industrial Engineering degree from University of São Paulo. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey for 8 years. Letelier was elected Senior Fellow at Synergos, Responsible Leader by BMW Foundation and Social Entrepreneur of 2021 in Brazil by Schwab Foundation and Folha de São Paulo. He is married to Lucimara and father to Clara.
