With over 21 years of experience in the cocoa sector, Kennedy currently heads the Olam Ghana Cocoa Sustainability portfolio. He leads a team of dedicated staff to support farmers improve their livelihood, earn a living income, and adopt sustainable Agricultural practices. Most importantly, he spearheads the Olam flagship sustainable programs including the Olam Livelihood Charter (OLC), Olam Living Landscape Policy and Supplier Code implementation across the Olam Ghana Cocoa supply chain. Kennedy has a passion for a strong and thriving Landscape partnership approach to sustainable cocoa production. He has been key in the successful implementation of partnership initiatives such as the Juaboso Bia forest protection, Sui River landscape restoration and the Wassa Amenfi landscape rehabilitation program. Kennedy has also extensive career experience in the commercial cocoa operations having undertaken several roles as a procurement manager in different locations in the Ghana cocoa landscape.
