Justin Springer is a landscape ecologist and participant in The Global Landscapes Forum in Bonn, Germany 2018. He holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Landscape Ecology, Cranfield University (UK) and his research investigated the link between landscape morphology and connectivity for large carnivores in tropical landscapes.
Justin currently supports Protected Areas as Technical Assistant at The International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) on the Biodiversity Protected Areas (BIOPAMA) Programme in the Caribbean. He is passionate about integrated landscape management and biodiversity conservation and works with the conservation of critically endangered species. Justin is an active member of the Caribbean Youth Environment Network (CYEN) Barbados chapter, an organisation that mobilizes young people from across the Caribbean to advocate on environment and sustainable development.
