Joycelean Makule is a dedicated professional with more than 15 years of experience in development programmes cutting across donor fund management, partnership management, monitoring and evaluation, social impact assessments, corporate social investments, gender inclusion, etc. With a strong focus on creating opportunities for women and youth, she has led initiatives aimed at fostering financial inclusion, gender equality, and sustainable development in Tanzania. Her career is driven by a passion for social impact and economic empowerment, leveraging partnerships to unlock opportunities for all. She currently serves as the Head of Operations & Programmes at CRDB Bank Foundation.
