Born and raised in Tanzania Northen Rangeland, in Loliondo along Serengeti national parts in Sep 1993. Joshua is the co-founder of the Tanzania Conservation and Community Empowerment Initiative (TACCEI) and a Community Engagement and Technical advisor for a Global Communities social enterprise, Afriscout. As an Afriscout Community Engagement and Technical Adviser for Tanzania, I play a pivotal role in implementing the Climate Smart Rangeland Management Program (Afriscout). I first got involved with Afriscout in 2019. The program aims to equip pastoral communities with the tools and knowledge necessary to adapt and thrive in the face of climate change, by helping them improve their rangelands while easily searching for better pastures and water and sharing important alerts and information with one another across their locations through a mobile application, Afriscout.
