Mr. José Yturrios is an economist who has in-depth experience promoting the private sector companies development as a vehicle to erradicate poverty. With more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing social projects under an inclusive business approach and rural development strategies; he has been working with international cooperation agencies during 24 years, agencies as USAID and GIZ (German Cooperation Agency in Peru).
He worked as Chief of Party (COP) in USAID’s Poverty Reduction and Alleviation project (PRA) from 2006 to 2013. He has a Master’s degrees in Economics from the Iowa State University and is a graduate in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
