Jahan Chowdhuri

Jahan currently works for IFAD of the United Nations as global lead for environment and climate. Previously he worked in various capacities for bilateral and multilateral development partners, as well as Planning and Finance Ministries in over 40 developing countries. Jahan has expertise in the design and implementation of national and organizational climate strategies; integration of climate in national and sub-national planning, budgeting, and public investment programming; design of national, sub-national, and organizational climate funds; and connecting dots between public and private sector climate finance pledges.
