Israel Altamirano Espinoza

An Environmental Engineer by profession, Israel graduated from the University of Aquino in Bolivia. He is passionate about creating a sustainable society and served as a student volunteer until becoming a technician of the Program in the Autonomous Departmental Government of Santa Cruz, 5 years ago. At present, he works as a Technical Coordinator for the Government’s Climate Change Program, coordinating with different actors in the preparation of the Strategy for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
