Harouna Abarchi

Harouna Abarchi is an experienced professional pastoralist with a diploma in Engineering, and a Masters’ Degree in Food Security with a special option on disaster management. He works at AREN, where he is responsible for pastoralism and the environment. His professional activities include serving as an expert to the Swiss cooperation Programme PHRASEA (Programme Hydraulique Rural, Appui au Secteur Eau et Assainissement) and various other international programmes in the pastoral areas of West Africa.
