Hambardzum Matevosyan

Mr. Hambarzum Matevosyan began his public service career in 2018 as Governor of Armenia’s Armavir Province, where he focused on strengthening local governance and advancing regional development initiatives. He later served as Deputy Prime Minister, contributing to national policy coordination and implementation across key sectors, and most recently as Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister, providing strategic guidance on governance and development priorities. His academic background includes studies in international relations, international security, and conflict resolution in the United States, equipping him with a strong foundation for his work in public administration and policy leadership.
