Francyelly Lasmar Balduino

Francyelly Lasmar Balduino is the Co-country Manager at the Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) in Brazil. With nearly a decade of experience in sustainable rural development, she leads initiatives focused on regenerative agriculture, agroforestry systems, biodiversity conservation, and gender and youth inclusion in the coffee sector. Francyelly has a background in environmental engineering and project management, and has coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives involving public, private, and research institutions to promote climate-resilient and inclusive livelihoods among smallholder coffee farming families.
