Edgar Kadenge

Edgar is the lead for Thriving Landscapes in Kenya, with over 17 years of experience in agricultural value chain development. He specializes in building sustainable market systems and streamlined farming ecosystems to enhance productivity. Edgar has worked with international organizations on project design, market linkages for smallholder farmers, and capacity building for SMEs and producer associations. His expertise spans biodiversity conservation, sustainable land use, and financial management. Edgar holds a Master’s in Agriculture Information Communication and Management, a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Education and Extension, and a Diploma in Project Planning, and is a Marshal Papworth Scholar in food security.
