Diego de Leon is a recent obtained his master degree in public administration and development practice from Columbia University´s School for International and Public Affairs, where he specialized in studying the intersection between local and regional governments and sustainable development. He has also conducted research in conservation finance in Peru, which he presented during the 2017 GLF annual conference.
