Delger Erdenesanaa is originally from land-locked Mongolia, but grew up in coastal New England and studied oceanography in college.
She has a master’s degree in science, health, and environmental reporting from New York University, and she previously worked at Inside Climate News, The Texas Observer, and The New York Times.
